The car maker Skoda from the Czech Republic is going to be introducing a new car into the A-segment of the market. It is the first time that the manufacturer has done so and it is offering a car with two types of engine that offers good mileage and low carbon emissions. It is expected that the car will launch in the Czech Republic by the end of the year and will be available in the UK and the rest of Europe at some point in 2012.The car is small at a little over three and a half meters long, but the manufacturer says that there will be plenty of space inside, despite these small dimensions. There will also be a three and a five door version available. The car also has a good sized boot that can be expanded to carry more by easily putting the back two seats down. The car is called the Citigo and the interior has many storage compartments and there is a good multimedia system. A good innovation for the company is having storage compartments on the sides of the front seats. There is also a frame for a photograph in the centre console, which is a nice touch.
